Orders will be processed within 2 working days from the UK.

Delivery rates are shown below:

UK - £3.50

Europe - £7.50

Rest of World - £15

Returns policy

If there is any problem with the item you have received or you do not receive your orders please contact us at shop@artandideas.org and we will try to rectify the issue.

If your item is damaged or broken, you will have to provide photographic evidence upon arrival before we will send out a replacement or refund you. 

You must return the items in good, saleable condition and in their original packaging within 28 days of placing your order. We will refund the cost of the product and not the cost of shipping.  You are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us unless the products are faulty or damaged.
